"Sounds good. Should we let Nick and Maddie come?" Rachel said happily. She was glad the girl made it, that wound was pretty bad-looking.

Joy nodded and she got some pills out for when she did wake up.

Nick sat in the waiting room, he was nervous. He hoped that she would make it, it would be a terrible and heartbreaking if he lost a good friend.

Smiling, she walked back out to the waiting room. She made a "come here" gesture with her hand. "The doctor's going to wake her up soon, would you like to come?"

Nick eyes widen and he got up quickly, "Yes!" He was so excited that he was almost yelling

"Shhh!" she hissed. She soon regretted it. "I'm sorry. It's just that she is stable; but she did just get stabbed."

He nodded and said quietly, "Sorry, overly excited." He smiled and walked into the room.

Elizabeth Hollton

She was awake, but only barely. Elizabeth had tubes in her nose, and an IV hooked up in her wrist. Her eyes were half-open, staring off into the distance.

Nick saw Elizabeth and he walked to the side of the bed. He smiled and said, "Elizabeth"

She looked up at Nick and smiled. "Hi," she said in a raspy, weak voice.
