Jared nodded. "I am well experienced with birthing. In the army over in Iraq, there was a pregnant woman there. She nearly died when giving birth but I saved her life. Lie down on the other couch. Relax, Thane", he said reassuringly. Tiffany went to Thane's side, holding her hand. "You can do tis. Relax, OK?", she said.

Thane shook her head."I can't."She let ou another cry abd looked up at Dean.

Dean felt so helpless. He'd never had children before, so this was rather new to him. He stared at her, blinking helplessly. Jared gave Thane something. "Hold this. It may help with the pain, but I cannot guarantee it", he said gently. Tiffany squeezed her hand. "You can squeeze my hand off if you have to", she said, half humerously, trying to make her feel better.
