"Definitely," he grinned over his shoulder, bounding over to the car and slipping into the front seat. He took a minute to settle in, then fed the the key into the ignition and started it up. He waited a minute, fingers doing a little dance in the air. Then, he called out to the slower blond; "Avery! Hurry up!" he whined, pouting. He was feeling severely impatient.

Avery stared ahead for a few moments when Gummi ran to the car before jogging after him. The younger teen had already started up the car and was shouting at Avery for being so slow. He rolled his eyes and shook his head, opening the door to the passenger's seat and slipping in. "Do you have to be such an impatient baby?" He teased playfully, his tone light. He pulled the door shut and buckled himself, adjusting his position to get comfortable. He glanced towards his friend and grinned, "Are you going to drive, or what?"

Gummi stuck his tongue out at him childishly. "I am a baby," he laughed, pulling out of the driveway and speeding off down the road. He drove for a couple of minutes in silence, then let out a gust of air with a light smile playing on his lips.
"Oookaaaay," he breathed. "It shouldn't be super far. Or at least that's what I thought I heard Stella say. Either way, I'm just pretty glad to be out of the house for a little while."

Avery laughed at Gummi's retort and turned his head to look out of window. There was a silence for a few minutes, not necessarily awkward. If anything, it was just a calm pause. He cast a look towards Gummi when the teen started talking again and smiled. "So there's a chance you might get us lost?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "I like the house, it's kind of...Cozy. Getting out every now and than for a breather is nice though."

"True," Gummi nodded, making a turn. "It's really cozy. I like it a lot, and the people inside. Kind of needed a break though, ya know? And... Uh," he laughed nervously. "Yes. There is a chance of me getting us lost. But that's okay~"
He hummed a minute, eyes scanning over the road. He found the turn and immediately made it, driving into the town. He eyed it a minute and smiled. "Aw. It's cute."

Rosie caught the inhaler. She took it. Soon afterwards she was getting better. She put her thumbs up, as to say it worked. The coughing was getting better, and so was her breathing. She put the inhaler on the bed, next to her. "It worked." She said, when she felt like she could talk again. She felt relived, because if she had got worse, she knew that Stella would have done something involving the other fourteen people here, and she didn't want that. Not with the bulling that she knew that she would get when they found out. Still, she knew that they wouldn't get to know, not now anyway.

Stella sighed, letting out the breath she hadn't realized she was holding. "Let's make sure this doesn't happen again" she said, smiling. She still looked a bit worried. This is the moment Skylar decided to start screaming from across the room. Stella stood up rather suddenly and rushed over to the crib. Skylar was bawling her eyes out. Stella carefully lifted the baby out of her crib and bounced her gently. "I think she needs to be changed, I'll be back". Stella looked at Rosie a bit apologetically.

Shaun Briscoe ;; 19 ;; tired

Shaun hitched up his backpack higher. In it were the remains of his last meal, a snack he hadn't had time for, and a few things he needed for one of his jobs. They'd let him go early today from his evening job as parking valet at a hotel, so he was returning to the apartment early. The day had felt longer than it really was, due to some unpleasant people he'd had to deal with. He was glad it was over, though it was unfortunate to miss out on those last few hours he'd been originally scheduled for. They needed all the money they could get; the kids were anything but spoiled and all had to pitch in - but that still meant they all needed to be fed, clothed, and of course rent and utilities bills paid every month. Why kids wanted to grow up so fast, Shaun had no idea.

"Hey, I'm home.." he said to anyone within earshot as he stepped through the door and closed it behind him. He wasn't sure what time it was or who would be around; Stella managed everyone and he merely did his best to keep up with the ever explanding 'family'. He didn't like it, but he needed to sit her down and tell her that they just couldn't really afford to take in anyone else. They were just barely getting by as it was; taking on kids who ate and ate and weren't able to contribute just wouldn't work. It wasn't the kids' faults, but still he could only do so much.

With a weary sigh, he let his backpack slip off his shoulder, plunking it on the ground and temporarily forgetting to take care of the tupperware containers inside. Those got so nasty when forgotten for more than a day..

Avery let out a small puff of air and shook his head, amused. He hoped that they didn't get lost, even if the Store was supposedly only a few blocks away. He didn't know how good Gummi's sense of direction was, and his was absolutely terrible. He looked over the town they entered and smiled. It was small, with a few small stores here and there. A school, houses, some larger buildings. It was practically the opposite of a big city. "If you say so," He replied, still looking for the grocery store. "Do you know what it's called, at least?"
