Gummi shrugged. "That's okay. You'll help contribute by helping me pick out what we should have for dinner."
He stepped towards the front door. "Do you wanna walk or drive? I'm fine with either, so whichever you prefer. We might have a lot of groceries, though..." he mused, placing a finger to his chin and thinking ahead. He did have his license, though he hadn't driven in a little while. Actually, he really didn't think they owned a car. And if they did, one of the older memories had probably taken it to work.

Avery nodded his head, "Should we ask anyone else if they want something?" He asked, rocking back and forth on his heals. "Or would we just be bothering them?" He paused and shrugged his shoulders, glancing up when Gummi talked again. "Uh, if you can drive I'm all for it." He said and laughed, remembering how he failed his driving test multiple times. It wasn't his fault he couldn't parallel and had a lead foot. Was it?

"I can indeed," he chirped, peeking out the window into the driveway. To his relief, there was a car, but whose it belonged to he wasn't sure. Obviously it was someone in the house, yes, but he didn't recognize who it may have belonged to. "Hmm... Hope a buddy doesn't mind if we take their car for a little drive."
He glanced at around a minute, spotting a pair of keys on one of the tables. He snatched it up and pressed the automatic unlock button on it, and to his delight the car's lights flickered on momentarily before flicking off. He waved for Avery to follow as he made his way out the door, pocketing his wallet in the process. "I think the others are busy, honestly. Stella has Skylar, Ben has Addie, Evan I don't think is in the best mood, the little kids are probably busy playing, and I don't know what happened to Alec. I hope he's alright. He seemed pretty troubled last I saw him." He paused, frowning. He worried way too much for the others, he realized, even though he hardly knew them. "And Cory, too."

Rosie caught the inhaler. She took it. Soon afterwards she was getting better. She put her thumbs up, as to say it worked. The coughing was getting better, and so was her breathing. She put the inhaler on the bed, next to her. "It worked." She said, when she felt like she could talk again. She felt relived, because if she had got worse, she knew that Stella would have done something involving the other fourteen people here, and she didn't want that. Not with the bulling that she knew that she would get when they found out. Still, she knew that they wouldn't get to know, not now anyway.

Cory looked at the two doves that had a rose in their mouth. "Who drew the other one?" She asked. She had a feeling that he was going to say his dead girlfriend, since who else would draw something so- romantic? Cory cocked her head towards the door as she heard Evan skate out. She wondered when he was going to the skate park, since she would of liked to go too. Cory turned her attention back to Alec. What happened to trying to forget the past and just live on with the present? She bit her lip before feeling her stomach growl, slightly. She then remembered she hadn't had breakfast. "I'm gonna get something to eat, you want anything?"

Alec listened to her completely finish talking before answering. "We probably don't have anything edible. It's been forever since someone went shopping." He said as he closed the notebook. He figured her first question wouldn't need to be answered, as it was pretty easy to tell on one's own. Cory shrugged. "Oh well, but I'm still going to check." She had noticed that Alec had ignored the first question or just didn't want to answer it. Cory walked down the hall casually and trudged down the stairs towards the kitchen. She had always been hungry, but before she didn't really have the appetite, but now she did. She opened the cabinets of the kitchen but there was basically nothing. Cory checked the fridge. There was food in it. It just wasn't edible. Sighing, she took out a glass from the cupboard and filled it with water. At least something wasn't bad. She let the cold, clear liquid seep down her throat.

Alec sighed and stood up, only to fall back on the bed. It made a slight creaking noise as he fell and his brown hair became a mess. Though he didn't really care. Lying on his back, staring up at the ceiling, there were a few things running through his mind. Shrugging them off, he wondered what to do, only to decide on nothing. If anyone wanted to talk to him, they could, and if not, he'd stay there. As he looked at the ceiling, he felt bored, though knew there wasn't much he could do. Everyone was pretty much busy and besides, even if they weren't would they really want to waist their time messing around with him? Probably not. No one would want to stay with him, few people even wanted to talk to him. As he almost drifted to sleep, the images from his night mare flooded back and he just lie there, eyes open.

Avery grinned and watched as Gummi snagged a pair of car keys and tested it out to see if they worked. "We might want to leave a note just so whoever owns the car doesn't freak out though," He suggested when Gummi started walking out the door. "Hold on a moment," Avery quickly slipped into the kitchen and dug through drawers, looking for post-it notes and a pen. He soon found what he was looking for and scrawled a quick note on the paper, sticking it onto the fridge.
"Going to the store. Took someone's car. -Avery, Gummi"
He walked back over to Gummi and out of the apartment, sticking his hands into his pockets. "It's just us than. Do you think this will get us out of doing dishes?" He joked lightly.
