◘ Destiny Hope Freedom ◘
"Some days, I wish I had a normal life, then I realize that normal life is boring, I should just be me."
Destiny woke up screaming, slashing out with the knife she slept with. She pushed herself to sit up, taking a few deep breaths. She swallowed, pushing her knife under her pillow. She knew she wasn't supposed to have it here, but she couldn't stop herself from having it. She would never use it on anybody, but she had to keep it. It was her protection out in the real world, and if she ever went back she would need it. Destiny knew that. She finally stood up and made her bed, she was in green flannel pajamas and an oversized shirt. She was already wearing her locket. She walked over to where she kept her clothes, and got her faded jeans, and a simple orange shirt. She went to a bathroom and changed, tying her hair back into one braid. She then pulled her beanie on. She swallowed again, making sure all the sweat from her dream was off. She couldn't go out there shaking like crazy. Or else they would wonder. She composed herself before going out to the living room.

"Skateboarding is more than just a sport to me, it's my life. It's what keeps me going."
Evan slept with his skateboard, okay he knew that was kind of weird. But at some of his last orphanages you had to if you didn't want it to go stolen. So he slept with it, having never got out of the habit. He woke up when he heard a little girl scream. He thought it may have been Destiny, because she screamed just about every time she woke up, or so it seemed. He pushed himself up, sitting up. He leaned against his fifty pillows, okay that was a hyperbole, but he had a lot. He pulled himself out from under his black comforter and pulled the comforter over the pillows. He went over to his clothes and picked out some jeans(skater jeans), and an ACDC T-Shirt. He went to the bathroom and changed, pulling on socks, but not his shoes. He held his skateboard tightly in his right hand as he went out to the living room.
