Mirabelle finished her breakfast quickly and went to wash her dishes. The little girl could barely see over the sink,
but still she washed her dishes, and put them away. Mirabelle left the kitchen and entered the living room once again. When
she heard Adelaide's scream she covered her ears and crouched close to the ground. Mira had a bit of an issue with loud noises.
She stood up soon after, removing her hands from her ears timidly. When she had decided there wouldn't be any more noises
she stood up straighter, and walked across the room, to the door to the girls room. She entered the room, got her stuffed
duck, Sir Reginald VonCracker, and came back into the living room. She sat down in the center of the room and simingly
ignored everyone else, focusing only on the duck.

Alec shook his head. "Nah, it was just a nightmare. I'm not hungry right now, but thanks." He said with a weak smile to Avery. The nightmare he had, the reoccurring dream, was so realistic. All the fear in the dream seemed to follow Alec to the real world, to scare him, to weaken him. As hard as he tried, the images wouldn't leave his head, wouldn't surrender. They showed no mercy. The sounds didn't either, and the screams that had been heard in his dream still echoed wildly in his head, bringing a headache on him. But that was a normal side effect of a nightmare for him. Seeing Mirabelle come back out of the corner of his eye, he had slightly jumped, thinking it was one of the shadows from his dream. Seeing it was only the child, he let out a sigh of relief.

Stella frowned lightly at Rosie's words, "Sorry to hear that". Skylar whined quietly, and Stella bounced her lightly, hoping to calm her. Skylar would not be quieted so easily though. She continued to whine and wriggle in her mother's arms. Stella sighed quietly and set the baby down on the carpet. Skylar immediately crawled towards Avery and sat beside him, staring with her big blue eyes. She gurgled quietly, making some other baby noises. Stella smiled at the baby and shook her head. She turned back to Rosie, "Is there anything you want to talk about?" she asked. Stella wasn't the best at heart to heart talks... but she would try.

Avery//Hesitant//"I don't believe you..."

"Must have been some nightmare than," Avery stated, "You're acting pretty jumpy." He ran a hand through his tangled blonde hair and sighed, shaking his head lightly. "You know, I don't like anyone in this apartment being in a bad mood. You can talk to someone if you need it, you aren't alone." He stood up and glanced down at Alec, flashing him a smile. He was gonna walk out, but he heard a giggle and he saw Skylar stare at him with her big eyes. Avery, being the manly man he is, melted at the sight and sat back down immediately. He pulled the adorable baby onto his lap and laughed. "Isn't she the cutest, Alec?" He asked his still shaken friend, while proceeding to play peek-a-boo with Skylar.

"There kinda is... But it's a kinda thing that i don't want people to over hear. I know i've been here since near the beginning, but i still don't trust everyone here." Rosie said. It was true, she didn't. She sneezed. "Sorry!" She said, as she didn't mean to sneeze.

Alec gave a curt nod as Avery stood up. Then Avery sat back down. "She's adorable." He said with a fake interest. Watching the two, he began feeling tired once more, but couldn't risk falling asleep. For every time he did, the nightmare returned, worse each time. One night it'd be his father trying to kill him and the next night would be his father employing the people to... The plan progressed each time he fell asleep. Alec worried one night would be the killing night. The night where his father and the henchman would come after him. They'd already began to mess with his head. They'd already began the plan... Maybe he could live without sleep... Maybe he would die of the sleep.

"We could go talk in the bedroom" Sadie said, trying to smile reassuringly at the other girl. She glanced
over to see Skylar and Avery and smiled lightly. "Skylar seems to be occupied". Skylar giggled and poked Avery's face again. She
stuck her tongue out at him and clapped her chubby hands together. She watched him curiously and then looked over at Alec,
she titled her head slightly and poked him also. She smiled and giggled.

Mirabelle looked up at everyone in the room and said "You know, twelve plus six is eighteen". She smiled at her own
knowledge and then looked back down at Sir Reginald VonCracker. She yawned quietly and continued to seem as though she
hadn't a care in the world. Mirabelle, in fact, was thinking... and not just about her stuffed duck either.

Avery, not noting the flat tone in Alec's voice, nodded in agreement enthusiastically. He put his hands over his eyes and removed them, shouting "Peek-a-boo!" quietly. Skylar seemed to love the game and was giggling like crazy. The young baby poked him in the cheek and stuck her tongue out. He grinned and laughed when Skylar clapped once, loving how cute this child was. She leaned over and poked Alec too with got Avery laughing even harder. He was far too easily amused by this baby. "How could someone not love babies? They're the cutest things ever!"
