"They let you have a pet?" Addison asked, biting down on his lip. "Just punch him and walk away," one of the bigger men said. He shook his head, "No," he whispered.

Jason smiled. "They don't LET me.......but who is it hurting if they don't know?"

[fly away.]

"People could have allergies and.." Addison trailed off, shaking his head a little bit. "Just tell him off!" The girl yelled, he shook his head again. "No," he muttered.

Jason's expression and overall energy changed. He shoved the bird back into his shirt. "Im so sorry, your not allergic are you!?"

[fly away.]

"No.. I don't think so.. But people could be, ya know.." Addison replied, watching Jason, wishing he had a guy name suddenly.

Jason forced the bird to stay in his shirt. "nobody else has had a problem..................." he trailed off, a bit hurt.

"I'm sorry, I was just saying.. I didn't mean to offend you.." Addison apologized, shaking his head. He was terrible at talking to people.

"No, it's okay" Jason's eye started to twitch. It was invisible, but he could feel it. "I just........... had never thought about it like that" Casually he reached up and scratched the back of his neck, jealous of Addison's comprehension and a bit embarrassed by his own carelessness.

Addison looked up at a corner of the wall, or so it would seem to Jason. "See? Told you," he said, speaking to the girl about how Jason would be fine to like. How he was a good guy.

Jason's stomach rumbled a little. "Ugh" he groaned, trying to cover up the awkward sounds. "Are you hungry? They should have breakfast almost ready." He stood up and offered Addison a hand.
