I got out of the car super quick and checked the digital clock hanging down in the hallway of the school. I breathed a sigh of relief, I still had 5 minutes until 1st bell! I shoved my bookbag into my locker, but kept my purse...because it held my iPhone and iPod touch...one of which I will listen to music on using my new, translucent earbuds.

AJ found Daine's number and her eyes lit up. She glanced at the clock and realized she needed to leave. With a sigh, she got up and shoved her phone in her pocket. She'd call him after school(he's accepted). Hopping up, she grabbed her backpack and got ready to leave. She lived close to the school, but only had a few minutes. Oh well, just another tardy. Tardy on my first day... Nice. She thought as she bust out the door and began to jog, her old jersey slipping down over her left shoulder. It stayed slanted.

Alex yawned as she realized what time it was she jumped out of bed and slipped on a tank-top and the a shirt with a bunch of rips in it. She pulled on a pair of ripped jeans. She grabbed her sneakers and put them on. Without tying her shoes she bolted out the door and began to run to school.
