The Walking Dead .:Semi-Lit:. Main Characters Open!

Carol

Carol fell asleep, huddled into her blanket. She sighed softly, falling asleep. She liked the warmth and began to think about life before the walkers. Now, she would probrably be asleep next to Ed who had just had his fun with her. New bruises would appear in the morning, where she would have to lie to Sophia. Then there was his nightly fun he had with her. Carol shuddered. She didn't want to have to think about that before sleep.

[Delilah Nightingale]

Daryl rolled over onto his back and moaned softly. He mumbled something in his sleep about the mountains before silencing.

Carol

Carol heard him, opening a bleary eye. She could see his form in the dark and gave him more blanket, scooting closer. He had gone silent, but he was wondering if he would say something else. She hoped she didn't talk in her sleep, that would suck. She looked at him before closing her eyes again, listening.

[Delilah Nightingale]

Daryl tensed feeling the motion nearby. A few moments later he relaxed and muttered his fathers name. Then he added, "Son of a *****." He huddled closer to Carol in his sleep.

Carol

Carol almost laughed out loud when he said that. She then noticed he was huddling closer to her and she smiled. She could feel the warmth that was coming off of him in waves. She scooted a little closer until they were almost touching, and lay her head down.

Daryl rolled over his back slightly to her. A scar on his back peered at her from the arm of his shirt. There were many more along with it on varying places.

Carol

Carol noticed the scar, and wondered what had happened, but was to drowsy with sleep to think anymore about it. She lay still, listening to his breathing.

Carol

Carol awoke to find herself pressed againt Daryl's back. It took her a second to realize he was there, then remembered how he came to be there. She scooted a little bit away and started to get up slowly as not to wake him. She lifted the blanket slowly and slid out out from under them.

Daryl rolled over onto his back when she moved. He moaned softly at a sharp pain in his leg. His nose crinkled slightly at the sharp sting.
