Luce smiled at her, his grey eyes flickering. He stayed on the rock though, his black hair covering a good bit of his face soon as he dropped his head to watch the water rippling around his feet.

Luce looked at her and laughed. He pulled off his shirt and ran his fingers over the multitude of scars, before he slipped into the water.

Luce turned to her, his lips turned up. "Its was probably just a fish silly." He said, dipping under the water. He resurfaced and shook his head, splashing her with water.

Luce pushed back his hair, so it was out of his face for the first ttime in forever. He pulled himself onto the rock next to her and looked down into the water, poised in a crouch.
