"Good for you, Ava and Elissa" Anna murmured, even though Anna was surprised at herself she even managed to get a date. now half of her was confused. she didn't know what to do now that she had a date for one of these things. she was so used to being on her own for these things.
It was strange.
Most of the school's dances she avoided like the plague and stayed at home watching old movies.
No chance of doing that today she thought

Talia just decided to go alone like some of the girls. She didn't announce it like the rest, she would just go alone. Simple as that. Unless someone wanted to be her date, which was most unlikely. Talia was happy for Anna since she always seemed reserved and quiet. At least she got a date.

Elissa smiled and looked at Niall. He was always her favourite, she thought that he was the cutest one and his Irish accent was gorgeous. She was a bit jealous, but she didn't show it. She didn't really want to ruin anything and she was good at ruining nice situations. She just stood there, quiet.

Louis sat down, looking at his knees a bit bash fully. And it was odd. Louis was never bashful. Actually, he was the bravest. Maybe he was.. Nervous, instead of bashful. If he were to choose a girl, the other would go alone..
Louis it his lip, resentfully chewing on it. He didn't want to have to choose a girl, and leave the other left out. It wasn't fair, and from living in a house full of girls, five to be exact, he knew it lowered their self-esteem to a very, very small percentage. He shook his head, no. He was going to go alone.

Zayn looked at Allison, you could see he was happy that someone chose him. "Thank you." he said. That was all he could say, he didn't think of anything else. He looked around to see who chose who. He saw that Louis and Harry didn't have anyone yet. He was sure that the curly haired boy was going to go with one of the girls and the other one was going alone.
