" I was born and raised in Alexandria Virginia, but not by the same people. If you know what I mean. I was adopted when I was two and I have never got to meet my real family before. I grew up with the parents I have know and 3 older siblings. I have a older brother, Elliot, and two older sisters, Aurelia and Diane. I loved all of my family and I am very appreciative of them for everything they have done for me. When I was growing up I had a hard time with children my age. As you know kids are mean and they would tease me for everything, like the color of my hair because it's red, the fact that I was adopted and other strange and random things like that. My family brought me up well though. They made me strong and confident, by doing that my high school years were wonderful. I was a smart kid who loved school, animals and sports. We had 3 dogs, 2 cats, 5 bunnies, and other animals. So I don't mind animals at all. Plus my whole family is very athletic so I grew up with sports all the time! I played volleyball mainly because that is my family's main sport. My dad, mom and siblings can all play it. They started teaching me volleyball when they adopted me when I was 2, so I am very good at that sport and was on Varsity right from the start. Not only did I play volleyball, but I played basketball, soccer, tennis, I was on the swim team, cheerleading, marathons, Gymnastics, and plenty of other sports. I was the best at volleyball, basketball, track and Gymnastics so I stuck out with those and could have made it into a career. I also loved to dance. Anything I was in my parents told my to strive for the top, I would always win 1st place, and sometimes second. I started becoming a brat if I won second but luckily my family changed me to be able to accept getting second. I always had a pet throughout my life and I can't live without one. I love to sing, act and dance as well. One thing that I don't tell many people is that when I was little around 4th grade a older kid ( probably college level) came to our school to play with us. Well he gave me some pinkish looking powder and said it was kool-aid, and to mix it in with water. So I mixed it in with my water and it looked like kool-aid so I drank it. It didn't taste anything like it. The weird thing was after I drank it he got up and ran away. I became dizzy and felt like I was going to puke. Well we went inside from lunch and I fainted in class. The next thing I new I was in the hospital with my family sitting in the room. I could here Elliot saying If I only could get my hands on the guy who did this I would kill him! I would destroy his face! My mom was crying and my sisters and dad were comforting her. Well they noticed I was awake and they called the doctor in. It took him a while but he ended up saying I was poisened and something else happened, that I normally don't tell people. I was going to be able to live a perfect healthy fact minus being able to have children. That guy messed me up, and now I can't have children anymore, but I would love to adopt."
