Griffin's eyes turned to a slight horror. Who in their right mind would do that? He looked at her and whispered, "I'm sorry..." He looked at her. "Stay with me here tonight?"

Cheyenne closed her eyes and buried her face into his chest, shaking. "You'd do that?" She asked.

Griffin held her close and whispered, "Yeah. I would." He smiled softly and held her close. "I'm sorry that that had happened to you. But I won't let it happen again."

Cheyenne felt even more safe than earlier. "Thank you." She said quietly, still shaking.

Griffin smiled softly. "You're welcome." He held her closer to him and whispered, "I'm glad I could help a bit I guess."

Cheyenne hugged him tight for a second. "I'm glad to have met such a nice person like you." She said quietly.

Griffin looked at her and kissed her forehead gently. "You are welcome." He smiled and sighed gently. Though, it was quite different reasoning then before.

Cheyenne looked up to him and smiled. "You don't know how much of a Godsend you have been." She said quietly.

Griffin looked at her and took a deep breath. "I'm no such thing. Believe me." He looked down and looked around. "Come on. I'll take you to my place."
