Lamia bit her lip and returned the phone to his pocket. But she was shaking more. What had his father meant by that? "About time..." She shook her head and gently kissed his forehead.

Cheyenne sighed. "But I don't wanna go, my dad's probably on one of his drunken rampages again..." She said, shaking just slightly.

Wyatt flinched back slightly in his sleep as she kissed his forehead he stretched out slightly and whimoered, the top of his back on view clearly as he rolled on teams

Lamia saw his back and bit her lip. She now knew what his father had down. She gently grabbed his hand and kneeled beside him.

Wyatt let out a soft whimper and his ees slid open "Lamia... what are you doing up?" he chuckled slweepily as he looked into her eyes

Lamia shook her head. "I answered your phone so you wouldn't wake up..." She looked down. "I talked to your dad..." She looked down at her feet.

Cheyenne nodded. "He'a the reason I am partially blind. He is always mad and then he drinks, getting even madder so then he decided to use me for his punching bag." She said, moving her shawl to show him a blue and purple bruise on her back that was fairly large. "He wants me home so he has something to take out his anger on..." She said.
