I laugh "well in that case its fine" i say smiling

I look at him "are you ok?'" i ask finshing my food

"yea... Why?" I say confused

Mathew carried his tray over to a center table, filled with people chatting and conversing, almost immediately they all disappeared from sight, leaving him to sit alone. Again. Highschool was ruthless, if you didn't play by the rules, it usually didn't end well for you.

Jacob had skipped 3rd period to practice his throwing out in the football field. He had alot to think about, what with his father's recent arrest and all. Plus, with his grades failing, it was possible he'd have to repeat Senior year.

Jeremy laughed as he ran out of the classroom, nearly running into a few Sophmore girls. He had just escaped an angry teacher with a bottom covered in ketchup. It wasn't one of his best pranks, but it sure spread a good word for his reputation. Jeremy didn't think he'd forget the look on Mr.Shaw's face when he discovered the red condiment all over his good leathe chair. It was priceless!

Taylor sat with a few people in the cafeteria, not really paying attention to their boring conversation, but texting on her cheap cellphone. Her father was too drunk to buy her anything new nowadays. Taylor was thinking about escaping to the school's basement, instead of hanging out around here.
