"Yeah, so?" I ask sassily, teasing of course. I smile up at him, hoping i wasn't going to be a little experiment, so i decided to say something. "By the way, if you're just messing with my head, trying to scr*w me up, then get out of my sight." I say standing up straight and folding my arms in front of my chest defensively. "Ive been hurt too much to tolerate being a play toy."

"There's no screwing involved, I assure you." Landon informed her, grinning slyly. "My intentions are pure, promise!" He told her softly, smiling even more than he was before.

"Really?" I ask cautiously. I look into his eyes, to see any trace of deceit, but i don't see anything so i smile widely. "Well, why? You seemed interested in Sammi" I say quietly, leaning towards him gently. I knew i shouldn't put myself between 2 fellow spies in their relationship.

"I need to move on, she's not interested.." Landon said quietly, looking away in sadness. He HAD liked Sammi, but it would've never worked, considering she didn't like him back at all.

"Well, i don't want to ruin your mourning, although i am thrilled and honored you thought of me. Thanks Landon, and once you're done mourning please let me know, ok?" I say sweetly, knowing its hard on a heart to lose someone you love dearly. I sigh and smile at him gently and i hold him hand lightly, in a comforting, I'm here for you way.

Landon looked at their hands. Now it was HIS turn to blush! His face flushed a light crimson as he looked away in a fetal attempt to hide the red coloring on his bright cheeks.

My eyes widen in shock as i realize that he was blushing from our hands touching. I snatch my hand away and sheepishly look down at my feet. "Sorry, i don't know what overcame me Landon." I apologize softly, hoping he would forgive me for my almost fatal mistake

Landon smiled slightly, shaking his head. "Hey, no big deal." He chuckled, his arm regaining its position across her
narrow shoulders. He suddenly leaned down and kissed her flushed cheek, pulling back a second later. "S-sorry.." He stammered, looking away.

My cheeks grow hot and red as he kisses my cheek and i smile wildly. "No, i didn't mind." I say shyly leaning into his body, blushing as i feel his arm around me. I look at him sheepishly and i whisper, "I didn't mind at all." I smile and back away slightly as i realize what i had said.

Landon smiled slightly, looking down to examine her expression. "You sure?" He said warily.
If she was turned off by this act he would want to know, obviously for his own benefit. He
hoped that she really didn't mind!
