✒ Description:
- Looking at Ted's overall appearance it's easy to assume that he's your average pretty boy with an Aryan appearance. In fact, though, His blonde hair is dyed because he thought he looked ridiculous with brown hair and blonde facial hair [which is natural]. His eyes are a striking blue, and his best feature in the opinion of many. His face is a little long to be perfect and there are small scars on his face from acne in his early teens. His lips are thin but he has a beautiful smile. Ted usually has a little bit of blonde scruff on his chin, but shaves often--it's just not always necessary. Overall his physique is toned but not muscular. He doesn't have abs or huge biceps and probably never will. He is all over pale and if he gets some sun he just burns and peels back to his natural color. His arms also have some scars from snowboarding injuries, and there is a scar on his knee from when he shattered it snowboarding and had pins put in. Ted's style is casual, most often jeans and a t-shirt, though he occasionally wears polos or button downs.

- ✒ Personality:
- Ted is an exhibitionist, and he is not happy unless he is the center of attention. He knows what he likes and will show off the skills that he is proud of, such as racing cars or snowboarding. Often he thinks too highly of himself, and is a bad sport when he loses a competition. A lot of times he is in it for the thrill, and will do something crazy to attract attention.
Another important thing to know about Ted is that he's the most disorganized person on the planet. Messy, however, does not mean dirty, and he's actually a little weird about keeping things clean. However, he often loses keys, baseball hats, and shoes in the tornado ground zero that is his abode. He'll forget where his sunglasses are when they're on his head, and is convinced that the little scrap of paper he wrote your phone number on will never get lost, even though it's gone moments later. Never lend anything to Ted, because he's just going to lose it, even if it's just the knowledge that you like vanilla ice cream, not chocolate, let alone your name.
Surprisingly enough, Ted is a peacemaker, as long as one of the parties in the argument is not himself [he's always right, of course]. He tends to understand strangers better than close friends and can pick out someone's motivation with very little information. Not to mention, he likes it when people get along because then they have more time to pay attention to him. Wisecracks aside, he has mended many a struggling friend's relationship, and his instincts about people usually prove to be true.
Ted's virtue is his compassion. Though it may seem a little contradictory, beneath his all about me attitude is someone who can truly care. He rarely lets people see this side of himself, but close friends and family understand that he's not hard all the way through. He is most caring towards his younger sister, who is seven and suffers from Down syndrome. Though he can be an awful person, when someone is truly in need and he has respect for them, he can be a shoulder to cry on and an all around fun guy. This aspect of his personality has yet to come out in one of his romantic relationships, though, and girls tend to dump him for his crass attitude before they have been with him long enough to witness his good side.
- Ted was an only child for a long time, and was often spoiled by his parents, who were middle class but liked to seem like they were richer. They often went on fancy vacations in the mountains, where Ted learned to ski. What his friends didn't know, though, was that his mother worked for a travel agency and won the trips--they didn't really have enough money to live that lifestyle. When he was thirteen his parents conceived his sister, a mistake. When she was born they discovered she had Down Syndrome and had to stop going on extravagant trips as often to take care of her and accommodate her special needs. Ted was angry at first, but grew to love his sister and is her champion and protector.
Ted loved to snowboard and ski with his parents, but from an early age, Ted was fascinated with cars. He loved riding in the car, and would often beg to go along with his parents on trips to the grocery store and other outings. He was five the first time that he was caught stealing a toy car from a toy store, but the reprimand didn't stop him. There was a lull in his thievery when he was too old to play with toys and too young to drive, but it didn't last long. He had older friends who taught him how to drive when he was thirteen, when his parents were busy with the new baby and not paying attention. He began to get in trouble for driving illegally, though he was not often caught. He avoided arrest all but one time, when he went to juvenile detention. He was tried for his crimes, but a mistrial forced the case to be thrown out, and he got smarter and was never arrested again.
After getting his driver's license at sixteen, Ted moved on to bigger and better things, and would use the cars that he stole to race before dumping them. He can drive anything of any size, standard or automatic, and loves driving fast above all things. His parents gave up on him, unable to deal with two problematic children, and he moved out when he was almost eighteen. He remains in contact with them, but they disapprove of his actions and have almost given up after their many attempts to help him failed. He still visits his sister on the weekend and will take her out for ice cream or to a kiddie movie. Though his parents are angry with him, he is still their son and they do not turn him in.

✒ View on Love:
- For the most part Ted never looked for serious relationships--just a girl to have fun with. Recently, though, Ted has decided that he's going to try to be a better person, and wants to find a girlfriend that isn't just interested in him for his fancy cars. Unfortunately, most people know of his reputation and good girls stay away from him. He looks to his parents relationship for guidance, because despite their children's problems they have been happily married for over twenty years.
