"I hope it's not too dry," said Elric. He looked over at Tyler. "You okay?" he asked, tilting his head curiously. He wondered why the boy had his hands close to his face. Elric watched the boy, wondering if he was embarrassed or shy about something. Elric never saw himself as attractive back home, he was average. On top of that, he was a slight outcast. Not that anything in the social world mattered to him to begin with.

Kyle looked out from behind the trash can then stood up because it was all clear. "phew" he sighed then walked off. Smudge hopped out of Kyles hands and ran towards Mitchells feet.

"Are you sure?" asked Elric. "I could take you to your room if you'd like. Perhaps you're overheated from the sunlight." He sounded concerned. Of course it was like Elric not to fully catch onto what was going on. His eyes sparkled brightly. It was only now that they showed their natural pale sky blue color. His black hair seemed to compliment his eyes greatly.

"Thanks. I like yours too." she said smiling. She unplugged her headphones and shoved them into her pocket. "Got any friends on this boat yet?"
