"Oh your the loser? I am such a nerd I'm sitting in the park drawing crappy drawings." Austin was the only one she really let see her drawings now a days. A slight breeze drifted through the park, the trees hovered above their heads but above the trees was a cloudy morning sky.

[sameantha]

He rolled his eyes smiling. She always complained about er drawings but, she didn't want anyone complementing them. She was an amazing artist and photographer but she wouldn't listen to anyone. "Whatever." he said smiling. "I'm walking outside with my cat." he said raising an eyebrow. He was joking and he figured she'd know that. People that knew him, knew he adored his cat, and took him everywhere.

[wake me up.]

"Well thats a first." She smiled, teasing him,. "Arent you happy we're on break?" She signed her signature at the corner of her drawing and tucked her sketch book back in her bag.

[sameantha]

"Totally because I never walk with my cat." he said with a small laugh. "Yes." he said smiling "I'm very happy."

[wake me up.]

"You know what I hate?" She asked him, still petting Whiskers.

[sameantha]

"Besides high school?" he said with a laugh. "What?" he asked smiling.

[wake me up.]

"Well, It has to do with high school." She stopped petting Whispers and brushed her bangs back with her fingers. "I hate how high school has its 'social ranks', I mean seriously. You judging people you've never even gotten to know. Half the losers are cooler than the populars."

[sameantha]

Whiskers looked up and looked around. He seen her and jumped out of Austin's hands and into her lap and started rubbing against her side. "Like you?" he said raising an eyebrow. "Your much cooler than all those b*tch*s." he said with a smile. "And prettier too." he said quieter, looking down at Whiskers.

[wake me up.]

Layla was surprised he called her pretty, and she tucked her bangs behind her ear. "Well thanks. You took." She smiled, continuing to pet whiskers softly since he seemed to crave it.

"Really?" he asked raising his eyebrow again. He knew Layla could easily be better than those popular girls in any way. He had loved her for a while but he didn't think she felt the same. In a way he was glad because he really didn't want to ruin their friendship over something stupid; that's why he has never told her. "I don't think so." he said with another laugh.
