"Which one?" he asked, still smiling at her.

"The one on your face!" SHe smiled, leaning back, pulling him onto her. "Hi." She said jokingly and pecked his lips sweetly.

He smiled laying on her "Why hello there beautiful." he smiled and did the same to her afterwards.

Lyra sighed, "It doesn't matter what anyone is. I mean, gay, does mean happy..." She pointed out.

"This is true." he said with a shrug.

[-Bacon]

Lyra sat silently, woundering what else to say, or whether or not she should leave, since it seemed as if they had hit a rough spot.

"What's your dogs name?" he asked noticing the silence. He didn't want her to leave. He was interested in talking to her.

[-Bacon]

Lyra smiled softly, and stroked the black, white and tanned Burmese Mountain Dog softly, "Lucky." She told him, listening as he panted quietly.

He smiled looking at him. "He's lucky to belong to you. I'm sure there's another dog somewhere dreaming of being your dog." he said with a small laugh. He was tryin to help her feel better; it seemed that before he had only been saying all the wrong things.

Lyra couldn't help but laugh and continued to paat him softly, "I'm the Lucky one," She told him eventually, "To have a dog as loving as him. And he always makes sure that I meet the most...interesting people." She added, slight smirk on her face as she tried not to blush.
