Sage shrugged, "Its okay." She said quietly, looking up at the perfect sunset across the water.

"We need to get Jace somewhere warm." i declare, standing up. "We can take him to my house since its the closest."

Sage nodded, pausing a moment before standing and picking Jace up, her arm around his neck and the other under his knees, carring him like a child. Sage was small, but strong. She waited for Raven to show her the way.

i giggle slightly seeing Sage pick Jace up like a kid, then i say, "This way." I start walking down the beach until we reach a deserted street, my street with only one house. "There she is." i say proudly. i walk up to my door and hold it open for Sage.

Sage shot Raven a small smile and carried Jace in the door and sat him gently on the couch.

"Want something to eat or drink?" i ask as i go into the kitchen.

Sage shook her head gently. "No. Im fine."

"Alright, make yourself comfortable." i sit on the floor and pull out a checker board. "Wanna play?"

Sage nodded and sat down across from Raven on the other side of the board.

i set it up and say, "Black or white?"
