Jack looked at Ingrid, wondering if she'd like to dance.

Jack tried to dance, but he was really bad, so he gave up and sat down next to Ingrid.

Captain Smith walked around the deck, looking out to sea. The temperature was dropping, and they were moving into dangerous waters. He scanned the sea for icebergs, but his relentless gaze found nothing, so he went back inside.

He smiled down at the cat. he then scanned the room for a moment. "Yeah...better than the farm..." he said. The fences were tattered, and the barns were in bad shape...now, this kennel is much smaller but already beats the farm by a mile, you could say.

Amelia saw the area where he slept and shook her head. Her hand lifted up and her index finger was out stretched towards the spot. "Do they make you sleep here" she asked turning around a facing him as she dropped her hand.

He had been smiling for a moment, but then he registered the words. It faded. He looked at his feet before nodded. "They say it's to watch the pets, but..." he looked away. He knew the real reason why they made him sleep here.
