I laughed. "Good. Unfortunately my plan backfires because there aren't any trees on the Titanic. The strand of hair slipped out from behind my ear, and I watched it blow up and down with every breath I took.

Alex laughed softly. "Yea, that wouldn't be practical." He smirked and lifted her up to sit her on his lap. He looked at her face and then met her eyes, staring into those beautiful, two-tone pools. His arms wrapped around her waist. Oh Grace..... He watched her hair flail around as she breathed against it. "How could a guy like me get so lucky to find someone like you on the Ship of Dreams?" he whispered, smiling a little.
