Aden's smile fell and he ran a hand through his hair. "Everyones got some secrets..." He sighed as he thought of his. Telling her would probably scare her off.

"My own secrets were my stage fright, and how I have no friends. So basically already told them. Layla said, but noticed his smile disappear. "Something... wrong..?" Layla asked, her tone of voice was sincere.

Aden searched her face, for what he wasn't quite sure. Moments later he shook his head and gave a weak smile. "Nah, nothing to worry about."

"Okay.. whatever you say." Layla said and turned her head, although she could tell something was still bothering him.

Aden stood up suddenly. "You happen to see a surf board or two around here?"

"Uh no, but there has got to be one somewhere." Layla said and stood up too. Quickly she brushed off the sand on her pants.

Aden's grin returned as he watched her. "Lets go look shall we?" He headed off back twoard the house, he paused and looked back at her, waiting.

Layla jogged after him and seconds later caught up. "Should we leave Kali?" Layla reminded Aiden and turned to look back at Kali lying in the sand still.

Aden bit his lip as he turned back and eyed Kali. "I think she'll be okay, it's not like we'll be gone that long.."

"Okay." Layla said with a shrug of her shoulders and started to walk back to the houses.
