Rose walks arround, past the police car, she walks across the road onto the sidewalk, looking arround, she stops, and pulls her cellphone out. no signal.

Kurt walks out of an alley near Rose, his very high friends talking and laughing loudly. Kurt saw Rose and said something to his friends before walking over to her, the smell of weed and various other drugs clung to him even though he wasn't high. "Hey girly, Its dangerous here at night, you know."
