Shayla had pulled quite a few weeds out of the backyards grass when she noticed Damian coming to the door, "you comin to help now?" she asked not aware that Kaliegh was inside. - Jasey giggled quietly and rested her head on his chest, falling almost asleep next to him. - "really..? You just seem so like... Lively and happy all the time." shawn said looking at her. He wouldn't have expected her to say that at all.
Damian looked back at kaliegh and turned around closing the door, "Ah yea.." he said and then went to start picking weeds in the ground. "Don't freak out or anything but my cousin is in the living room... She came in bleeding but she's okay now.. I took care of her." he said picking up more.
Shayla looked at him with raised brows, "wait... What?" she heard what he said but it was something she wasn't expecting him to say. She walked toward the door and to him, "why is she here exactly?" she asked not trying to sound nasty. She just wanted to know why this girl, who was aparently his cousin, was at their house bleeding... It didn't make sense...
Damian didn't make eye contact with her. "She's probably having guy troubles again. She always comes to my house when she has trouble." he told her and finished up the last few he would be able to pick up. Throwing them in the trash and looking at her. "She looks pretty depressed to me.." he said and brushed himself off.
Shayla sighed and threw what weeds she had in her hands in the trash, "she cuts herself?" she asked getting the dirt off her hands. She was good with helping people out like this. She did with her mother after she got the news her dad had died.
Damian nodded at her, "Uh yea.. A lot that's why she was bleeding. She has like fifty, on one arm." he explained to her. This wasn't something he was fully use to. He looked at shayla like she was going to help him. He wasn't good with this guy talk. Usually she came for this kinda stuff but it was really awkward for him. So he would just take it slow and ask her what happened.
Shayla nodded, "you want me to go with you to talk to her?" she didn't want to just go out there and start talking to the girl who she didn't know and the girl didn't know her either. That would just be weird for both of them. - Kayle sighed a bit and stood next to her. He leaned against the counter and looked down at his torn up, worn out, old, dirty sneakers that he refused to get rid of.
Damian looked at her, "Sure...I'm sure you would understand her more than I do." he said and then looked at her. He looked at the door and then walked to the door. Waiting for her to walk over.
