Natalie jumped out and landed on the ground softly. Steve followed her. Still carrying the deer. "Austin? Is your wound ok? Because we got to go." Natalie said with her backpack slung over her shoulder.

"It's fine." He said, untying Zinc and leading him over to Natalie. "I wonder if the other two gave Alex a hard time for kicking them out..." Zinc tossed his head and nickered, the boy yanked down on the lead. He started to walk deeper into the forest and turned back to Natalie. "We might want to finder a shelter." He said.

Jared glared at the other boy. He turned back to Jayde and saw that her wound looked even worse. He sat down on the ground and wrapped his big hands around it, applying pressure again. "Maybe we should leave. This place attracts too many people for comfort." he muttered

Natalie nodded. "We probably should. Maybe there's an abandoned hut somewhere." She suggested. She followed Austin into the forest. She could tell Steve was behind her. At least he was safe.

"I wanted to a while ago..." She muttered, standing up again. She avoided putting weight on her leg and bent down to pick up her quiver and bow. "Az, can you get my knife?" The bird hopped off her shoulder and grabbed the hilt, flying out of the cave with the obsidian blade. Jayde glanced at Alex and smirked. She finally shot him.

Austin

He chuckled faintly. "I think we'd be pretty lucky if we could find a hut. Don't think the government is going to be that nice." He heard Zinc's step falter and turned around to see the big horse only tripped. "Do you want to ride Zinc while I look for a cave?" He offered, holding out the reins.

Jared offered her his hand to help steady her. He picked up his bag and sheathed his sword, making sure he had everything. He frowned. "How are we gonna get you down from here?" he muttered

Jayde looked at him and shrugged, lowering herself to the edge. She climbed down half way and jumped, landing awkwardly as her leg collapsed and she fell onto her butt. Astatine chittered his laughter from a tree and the girl glared up at him before turning her gaze back to Jared. "Coming?" She continued to sit on the ground.

Jared jumped down gracefully and landed next to her. He helped her up and let her lean on him. She had told him earlier that she had a shelter somewhere. "Where to?" he asked her, supporting most of her weight
