"then if you didn't put it there who did?" Raven snarled defensively.

"Raven, your not making any sense. What are you talking about?" Nicholas asked, rubbing the side of his head. He had a headache, he was half asleep, and confused at the moment. "I don't know who put it there. Either her or me. But it's irrelevent now. We have nothing now, if you're going to accuse me of cheating."

Sighing, raven took a deep breath. "I guess I'm not making any sense huh?" she whispers quietly, holding herself. "She was pretty," she remarks, sitting down on the bed, holding th picture frame, trying to lighten show she felt stupid now.

Nicholas watched her sitting on the bed, letting out his breath slowly, listening to her speak. "Yeah." he said to her remark about Abby being pretty. He had started dating her about five months since had arrived. They actually hadn't broken up, but instead her life had been taken in a car crash about seven months ago. They were together around two years. Moving to the drawer, he pulled out an old t-shirt of his, tossing it onto the bed, before leaving the room to actually shower this time.

"I'm sorry," Raven whispered as he walked away, a tear falling down her face. Putting the frame on display on his dressar, raven smiled at it, trying to get the face of an exgf of Nicks out of her mind. Slipping on the black t-shirt on and grabbed some sweatpants and headed downstairs

Nicholas took a quick shower, changing and coming back out into the bedroom. He instantly noticed the picture frame on the dresser, pausing for a moment. Finally, he turned his head away, sadness flashing in his blue eyes, but he forced it away as he looked at Raven.

"Hey, I'm sorry," Raven choked, tears glittering in her eyes. "I overreacted." hugging herself tightly, she stood there, looking at the floor, ashamed of herself. Her baggy tshirt and sweatpants shifted to fit her slender body slightly as she swayed slightly, calming herself.

Nicholas titled his head slightly, in a questioning way. "Sorry for what? You didn't do anything wrong..." he said quietly, watching as she stared at the floor, seemingly swaying.

"I overreacted and jumped to conclusions without knowing he full story." Raven sobbed, a single tear streaming down her face. Glancing up at Nick she smiled apologetically.

Nicholas shrugged, shaking his head. "Trust me. You don't know the full story." he said, before taking the picture and putting back into his drawer, closing it firmly. "Come with me. I want to show you something." he said, turning on his heel and heading downstairs. Unlocking the front door and pulling it open, sure enough, there was Raven's surfboard, leaning against the side of the house. Bringing it in, he leaned it against the counter, waiting for her to come downstairs.
