Lucas smiled at her and arched his eyebrows and asked "They good?" as he sat down and he finished her first bite. He had always thought that his pancakes were good, but it really only mattered if she liked them now.

Bella nodded as she finished a bite. They were delicious! "Lucas... There amazing. Your a really good cook." she said before grabbing another bite. She thought it was odd how sryup didn't sound good to her. Normally she loved it. Her only thought was that it was from the pregnancy.

Lucas smiled and poured syrup all over his pancakes as he usually only at it with the gooey goodness. He started eating not really realizing how hungry he was until he had food in his mouth.

Bella continued to eat without sryup. It kind of disgusted her seeing it all one Lucas's plate. She then just made sure not to look at it to long. Se was surprised by how much she ate. She used to eat one now she had eaten at least four! She looked down knowing it was the baby butit still made her blush in embarrassment.

Lucas glanced up at her and saw her face and frowned. He could instantly tell she was grossed out by something but couldn't tell what. "What is it?" he asked taking another bite

Bella blushed and looked down at her plate. She hadn't meant for him to notice. "What is what?" she asked then hoping to understand a little better.

Lucas sighed lightly and asked "Why do you look so... disgusted?" in a quiet voice. He hadn't meant for her to be embarrassed by his question and for her not to understand it.

Bella smiled understanding his question now. "Oh...the syrup." she said and looked up and over to Lucas. She hoped he wouldnt think she was crazy by saying that.

Lucas was confused for a second... he had thought she had liked syrup, but he nodded his head slowly. "Really? Well I can put it away" he said standing up and putting it back in the fridge and scraped it off the rest of his pancakes.
