The tall figure sat cross-legged in a red cushioned chair that was in the temporary fixture Emyrellia liked to call "home away from home". More like the bus stop waiting for the ride to hell. He glanced across the room towards his stylist, who was busy scribbling stuff down on a large note pad positioned daintily in her lap. He rolled his eyes at her excitement over fashion. He just hoped they weren't going to be completely immortalized when the chariots rolled out, because Emyrellia's taste was not one he was very trusting in. He just hated all the preperations for the Hunger Games. He ached to fight, to satisfy the bloodlust and return home victorious with mounds of gold.

If you have no skills stay out of sight and never make yourself a target.If you do somehow have skills...use them.That's about all i can say.You could try and join up with the carrers.But that'd be risky, wouldn't it?Third question, i would stay near a source.Especially if it has fish in it.We are district four after all.Fourth, you have to learn this early, the carrers districts one and two will always have the upper hand.They train for years, they'll be hard to beat.But if you really want to live you'll have to meet their challange.Now prolonging your survival...that's a good question right there.Sponserships for one.Staying out of sight of your fellow tributes, finding a good hiding place, and having good skills are all very good ways to survive as long as possible.Then there's whatever you can get from the cornicoupia.That is, if you want to bathe in blood.More specificly, your own blood if you pick a fight with someone who grabbed a weapon." Raven explained, leaning back in her chair."You really want to survive, huh?" she asked, almost sadly.

Casey absorbed all this in silence shrugging at the last question. "Don't really care. I don't have anything to come back to. I'd rather help someone get to the end who deserves it then kill myself so they get what they deserve. Honest to God I never even thought I'd have a chance of being tribute. Now my dead bodies going to be sent home to a ship full of spiteful pirates." He laughed harshly, rolling his eyes.

Raven nodded, "That doesn't mean you don't deserve to win.If someone gives you a chance, you take it.Someone offered a little black-haired orphan girl a chance and she took it, and that little girl finally had something to come home to.But enough about winning the Hunger Games, you two are no where near that now.What skills do you two have?"

Casey nodded his head, accepting what she said. "Well I'm handy with a knife, know my way around swords. I can fish of course, I'm strong and ratively quick. Oh and I can make awesome soup out of wild plants." He grinned quickly.

"I never knew pirates were so talented.It looks like you won't have trouble finding food.You might want to learn how to craft a fishing rod if you want to act like a real district four tribute.And if you can get a weapon by all means seek out your fellow tributes.Weak ones will want to join you, but the strong will seek you out.You'll be a target, but that might not be a problem if you're as good with a sword as you say you are." Raven informed him,"Now i should really get to know your names.I can't just call you Male Tribute who might die and Female Tribute who might die."
