Alec laughed, then winced slightly.
"Alec your phone!" Riley yelled. He groaned and stood up, staring up at the stairs as if they were some sort of torture device before he quickly ran up them and grabbed his phone. He slid down the banister and jumped off landing on his feet.
"Hey mom... yeah sorry... Riley's... I'm fine... kinda. Yeah, I can be home later. Good luck with your interview. I'll be fine, it's just a night and a day. It's not like someone'll break in, even if they do I gotta a knife so it's all good. Okay, I'll hold you to that. Love ya, bye." Alec said hanging up and shoving his phone into his pocket before he sank down on the couch next to Sydney and sighed.
"You have better stitching then I do." Alec said, running a finger over his wound before he pulled down the leg of his jeans.
