"Do you like seafood?" Lacey asked Sydney quietly, pushing Slater away from her and watched him frown grabbing his keys and twirled them around his finger. Alec leaned over and quietly whispered in her ear "Don't bite your lip" playfully. He reached over and stole the keys from Slater only to nearly fall off the stool as he stole them back.

"Yeah, I do," Sydney replied, laughing softly as Alec nearly fell. She rested her head on his shoulder and sighed, content. She wanted to lean over and kiss him right now, but she decided that it probably wasn't something she should do infront of Slater and Lacey. She raised their intertwined hands and let go, only to begin tracing the lines on his hand, smiling to herself.

Alec smiled, kissing her cheek as Slater ended up tickling Lacey. "Once again, you two are terrible adults." He repeated laughing quietly, feeling Sydney tracing lines on his hand. "Hey just because we're legal drinking age doesn't mean we have to act it." Slater pointed out finally stopping tickling Lacey. "Good, because we're driving out about an hour to go to a seafood and steakhouse restauraunt around noon, and yes Alec there will be hush puppies." She said, adding the last part before he asked watching him brighten up at the talk about hush puppies.

Sydney smiled up at him. "You like hush puppies?" she asked. She was glad that they would going out somewhere. She didn't think that she would be able to sit around all day. "Hey, what ws that guy's name again? My ex-boyfriend? Does Slater know who he is?" she asked. She wondered how it was that Alec knew who he was besides from what she had supposedly told him.

"Yup. Mason? Yeah he know's him..." Alec said trailing off as he pushed his hair from his forehead. Slater glanced over at the mention of Mason but didn't really say anything. "So, do you want to go to the shop with Slater and Alec? I'll be staying here for now and driving up there around noon before we leave. It's not too entertaining there right now." Lacey said quietly ignoring the glare she got from Slater.

Sydney looked at Alec. "Do you mind if I stay here?" she asked. She wanted to be with him, but she also wanted time to process everything that had happened in the past couple of days. And she wanted to try and remember more. She smiled shyly at him, hoping that he wouldn't think she didn't want to be with him.

Alec shook his head no. "Not at all. It'll probably be Slater yelling at Ray, Ray yelling at Slater, Ray fixing the boost, Ray messing up on the boost, then I attempt to fix the boost then hopefully it'll be noon otherwise the morning shall be interesting and long." He said quietly. "Slater don't you dare yell at Ray. He's got a new baby girl and hasn't slept at all," Lacey warned him watching him groan and nod.

Sydney laughed. "Have fun then," she said. She kissed the tip of his nose softly, smiling at him. She laced their fingers together and sighed. She had no idea what she was gonna do while he was gone except sit her and think. But thinking was something she needed to do right now. She looked at Lacey and smiled shyly, not sure what she would expect her to do.

Alec laughed leaning in to kiss her gently. He pulled back only when he needed to breathe. "I shall. See you in a bit. Don't get hurt, or lost," He said pulling his hand gently from hers to cup the left side of her face gently before hopping down from the stool. He stole the keys from Slater and was amazed when he didn't protest digging his keys from his pocket to give them to Sydney. "Just incase you'd rather drive than us all pile into Lacey's car." He said softly.

Sydney kissed him back, smiling when he pulled away. "I won't," she said, blushing slightly as he cupped the side of her face with his hand. She took the keys from him and smiled. Then she realized something. "Alec, I don't know how to drive," she said softly. D***. Why, of all the things to forget, did she have to forget how to drive. She handed the keys back to him, sighing heavily. She would have to get Alec to teach her, seeing as she probably already had a license.
