Sydeny looked over at him, concerned. She gave his hand a gentle squeeze as he went over to talk to someone. She stood there, a bit awkardly, as she didn't really know who anyone was. She didn't like the way Alec's step-father made him feel. She smiled faintly as he walked back over to her and she sat down next to him, leaning against his shoulder. "I would say I'm sorry, but you probably don't want to hear it," she whispered to him. She remembered what her dad's funeral had been like. Everyone had been apoligizing to her over and over. But she hadn't wanted their pity. She had just wanted to forget.

Jessie got out. "Where exactly is 'here'?" She asked, smiling. She grabbed his hand tightly.

Savannah
Savannah stood up straight when the snowball hit her in the butt. "Hey!" She laughed, smiling none stop. She threw a snowball at him and got him in the face. "Woops!" She giggled, walking over to him and getting some of the snow off his cheek. She into his eyes. He has gorgeous eyes... She thought as she stared. She looked down. She made a snowball. She smashed the snowball on his head while giving him a small kiss. She bit her lip as she backed away.

I smiled lightly and started walking to the door with her "My parents house."

Alec shook his head. “It’s alright,” he said quietly. He didn’t want to be here, and he’d enjoy it a little bit more if his step-father wasn’t there but he was. He also didn’t want the people’s pity, or the normal hello’s to people he’d never seen in his life. He glanced out the window and stood up, sliding his arm around Sydney and rushed to the door, ignoring the hateful looks from people he’d interrupted conversations with. Julie slowly walked inside, and he was amazed she’s made it in. There were people crowding the door and knew that some of them would leave soon, or so he hoped. “I didn’t think you’d make it,” Alec said quietly and Julie shot him a look. “Really now? Am I supposed to entertain your step-father while you two sneak out?” she asked with a small smirk, walked over to his step-father. He laughed softly and slipped out of the door, passing a few people that had stupidly stood right in front of the door. “Wanna go to a carnival?” he asked her. Alec was up for anything just as long as he was away from the laughing conversations, hateful glares, and pitiful glares. “Sneaking off before we even get here? Is it that bad?” Devon called out, Jessie, JJ, and Ty following him. “Yep. You can come with us if you’d like but we’re not crowding in my car again. That was a disaster. We’ll wait,” he said, moving past the guys and walked towards his car. He opened the passenger door for Sydney, closing it after she got in before walking around to the other driver’s side and slid in. “If I hear on more I’m sorry, today I think I’m going to go insane,” he muttered, reaching for Sydney’s hand.

Sydney smiled at him once inside his car and squeezed his hand. "I know," she replied. There wasn't really anything else to say. "So a carnival? Yeah, I'm game," she replied, glad that JJ, Jessie, Devon, and Ty were coming too. She sighed and leaned back against the seat as Alec pulled out of the parking lot. "It was nice to finally see Julie," she told him.

"It was nice to finally see Julie," she told him.

Alec smiled and nodded his head. He laced their fingers together as he headed out of town and down a dirt road, watching the guy's car in the rear-view mirror. He pulled up into a huge grassy field and turned off the car. "Ready?" he asked her quietly with a small smirk.

"You bet," Sydney replied, tsking hild of his hand. She could already see the carnival lights up ahead. She turned around and saw Devon, Jessie, JJ, and Ty getting out of a different car, coming up behind him. "I always am," she added, smiling at Alec.

Alec smiled softly, sliding their fingers together. He stepped away from her and Jessie barreled towards them, tackling Sydney in a hug. "You made it!" he said excitedly, letting go of her and jumped up and down. Alec laughed softly and shook his head. "Oh! Almost forgot!," Jessie said, running back to the car and got out a video camera before joining up with them again.
