"I don't care!" Alec snapped. "Whether he care's or not anymore, that's on his head, but he has a right to know." He got up and walked off.

Alec had stopped and leaned against the corner, watching Slater carefully. "Mom's dying," he said his voice calm yet loud enough to be heard over the guy he was talking too.

"Dying as in within a week she'll be dead." Alec said, his jaw clenched.

"What'll happen to Kate? You?" Slater asked, showing interesting in something for once.

Alec looked at him taken aback. "Kate'll go on living with her family, I'll probably crash with Dean for a while." He shrugged.

What is he going to do? what was he thinking about? she wondered as she turned the T.V on and switched the channel to her favorite show 'Bones'. She watched the episode. It was a repeat when bones had her baby. "Awww, the baby is so cute!" Jessie smiled holding the remote to her chest.
