I glanced at Carter and inwardly shrugged before walking over. I smiled slightly at him, my icy blue eyes still shining with mischeif. "Yo." I tilted my head slightly, my bleached hair tumbling over one shoulder like a river of light.

Automn put her hand out feeling everything that was in front of her so she would not bump into something.

Carter then looked at Automn. He was confused. So many people...Too many unfamiliar faces...Is that girl blind? Maybe I could talk to her...She could possibly understand I'm different...Maybe we can be friends. He thought.

I tapped Carters shoulder, "Umm hi?" I tilted my head slightly and smiled warmly at him.

Automn finally reached the main room and sighed. She knew this place really well and walked over to Carter. " Hello" she said politely. " i have`nt seen you before, my name is Automn" she said hoping to make at least one friend in her life.

Carter looked at both the girls, and then suddenly stared at his feet. "Name my is Carter..."He said slowly.

I smiled warmly at them both, they both looked younger than me, and i knew Carter was younger than me. But they seemed nice. "I'm Ember."

Automn smiled. " thats a nice name," she said before shaking her head. " stupid flashbacks!" she muttered.
