"How could i be?" Dakota asked, blue eyes shining

Taylor looked down again. "Now that you know, I'm never going to be able to go near you. It would just be.... acward." she whispered. A tear rolled down her check and landed on her jean shorts. She whipped the wetness away and looked up a little.

Dakota gently wiped a tear away. "Why the heck would it be awkward?"

Taylor looked at him. "Because you know that I like you. We can be friends when we both know it." she whispered. "No one wants me as their friend anyways, so what's the point in trying to ignore you?" she whispered.

"Mqybe we could be more than friends then." Dakota murmered, still cupping her cheek

A spark of hope flickered in Taylor's eyes. "W-W-What? You mean like date each other??" she asked confused. Taylor's mind was clouded with hope and excitement. She looked up at him and smiled a little.

Taylor blushed a little and nodded. "Ok." she whispered and gently put her arms around him.

Skylar giggled a little.She let go of Connor and swam to shore.She crawled up on to shore and put a towel around her waist.She walked over to her car.She sat in it.
