He instantly got tense at the touch, but he oculd tell it was a girl bu the gently tap on the shoulder, so he avoided the instinct of all his black belts. He looked down at her blankly, she looked much younger then him.
His brown eyes met her eyes as he was still silent. He didn't quite know what act he should pull right now, so he stuck with his anti-social knowings of life. He then realized a strange silence before he finally spoke. "Yes?" he said firmly with a questioning tone to his voice as he waited for an answer from her.

"Um, generally fox's are illegal to own in the United States, so I would have to say a no on that one." he said as he raised an eyebrow suspiciously. He looked around for a minute before looking back at the young girl, she seemed worried about this fox, this fox that he was curious as to how it got here.
As he thought about it for a minute more, if he could have gotten here so could a fox. He shrugged off the though as he put his right hand in his pocket and then his right one over his scar, now rocking on his feet.

Zoe blinked frowning worry Crossing her face. Before she heard her name being called. She glanced up at Spotted Ryan running towards her holding Swift. She smiled brightly "Swift!" She said happily as Ryan handed him to her. She hugged the Fox kit then smiled up at Zach "Yea.. I don't care if they are" her voice went slightly darker and more demonic "They try to take swift they'll be missing limbs" she said her eyes seemingly showing emotions of anger. But Attitude and maliciousness. Then they flashed back to normal happiness and Joy. She smiled "I'm Zoe and you are?" She asked brightly.

He kept quiet as he watched her, looking around, his arms not really moving as he still rocked on his feet. He smirekd a little at her comment of them not having any limbs.
When she introduced her self he looked back up at her rather then his feet "Zach." he said simply, still not letting his hands leave their positions on in his pocket and over his scar. He sighed softly trying to remain friendly to the girl, but dying to get away from the moment that he found awkward.

Zoe smiled "It's nice to meet You Zach" she said brightly. "As i was Saying this is Swift" she said holding the Little Fox Kit up To Zach's face smiling brightly. "His a Red fox Ryan's father brought him for me" she said brightly. Ryan rolled his eyes and went back to his room but not before saying "Zoe.. Remember keep an eye on him and don't get hit by traffic when your going to the skate park" he said before dissapering upstairs.

He grumbled softly to himself before putting his other hand in his pocket finally and looking around, his brown eyes now starting to take in more of the scenery of the place for once.
He let his eyes settle back on Zoe and her fox, apparently named Swift. He ran his hand through his back hair again before scratching his neck and putting the hand back into his pocket.

He looked at the girl with a fake sincere look on his face.
