She looked at him as he held her bow and wondered what he was doing with it. She heard him say something about it having balance and then heard him say that she had good balance. "Thanks." she said with a tiny bit of pink over her nose and cheeks.

Seth chuckled, "Your welcome. Now, I've got to go, my shift is starting soon. Would you like me to leed you back?" he asked gentally. He decided to ignore her blushing for now.

Before he knew it, the much older king had lead him into his throne room, which was surprisingly fairly empty due to no special occasions occurring at the moment, and started talking about different memories. Herron told him of a few things he had said to his doubting son, different things he still remembered from when he was much younger and he was still able to carry him on his shoulders. As they continued through different parts of the castle, he continued to speak sometimes when he thought of different important and even some not so important memories.
Actually, by the time he was tired of walking and mostly out of breath, he had said enough that it was hard for anyone to believe he did not care something for him to remember so very much. And the king had to pause a few moments to regain himself, but glanced at him to see if he had proved anything at all about his point.

A few tears were running down Sage's face, but he tried to hide them. He was confused, upset, a mix of a million other emotions that didn't have names.

Herron looked to him, arms still behind his back. He remained quiet, simply watching his son for a little while, and noting how much difficulty he seemed to be struggling with.
"...One day you will make a fine prince, Sage, and I'd be glad to talk with you any time you think you need guidance or just wish to speak to someone. Because, whether I have proven it or not, I do care about you, just as I care about all my family and kingdom, and I think eventually you with realize that if you haven't already..."

"Um sure. If you want to." she said not wanting him to be late. She didn't really know where she was but didn't mind wondering around trying to find out where she was.

Seth chuckled, " Bring her back to the stables when you are done. I've got to go." He pushed her hair behind her ears and pecked her on the tree before disappear in the forest.
