Kylie grabbed his hand and stood as well, looking around. She interwove their fingers subconsiously; She had always hated the dark. Not that she was scared of it, at least not officialy.

Jared smiled at her his green eyes turning to look into hers."its okay.."he said.

Kylie blinked in surprise. "Hm? Oh!" She looked down at her hand that was squeezing Jared's tightly and let go, running her fingers through her choppy hair in embarassment. "Sorry."

Jared smiled and grabbed her hand gently.He lifted it and kissed her knuckles."Its fine..I dont mind...in fact it reminds of all those times when we were younger and you took hold of my hand.."he said softly.

Kylie smiled softly and rewound her fingers with his gently. "Okay." She replied quietly, sighing happily.

Jared smiled and looked out at the pond and the trees and the gardens that conceiled them."I wish our time together was longer.."he whispered sadly.

Kylie frowned, the comment cracking the little wall of happiness she had set up around herself. How much time did they have? Did he mean until morning? Or until he... you know, got caught? "W-we have tomorrow night. And the next, and the next. I'll give you all my time..."
