"Yes...I don't know the names of them, but there are villages." Nick said.

Stephen nodded slightly “Permission to search the villages for any hints sir?” he asked with a little more respect than he had said the other things. He just had to suck some things up before he started to complain about things.

"No!" Nick snapped. "No one is leaving the group until we have our orders. For now, everyone who isn't wounded has to help look for the general."

Stephen frowned a little “Nick the villages might know something about the disappearance of the general. They might know the people that took the general and where their hiding him” he said casually. “Think we don’t know that much but they might” he said tapping his head index finger. "But fine what do you suppose?" he asked looking at his superior.

Nick put his head on the humvee. "I don't know...This war is more and more confusing everytime I come back to it."

Stephen watched him "Try and think that its like a video game but your out of lives, it makes it easier for some. Nick what was it like the first time you came here then? Think are their any similarities?" he asked.

"When I first came here, there was barely any shooting." Nick said. "We were just going to flush the place out, and that was it."

Stephen thought for a second "What changed?" he asked trying to see if there was anything that could help to the lead up. This was his second time here and yet he wasn't sure about it anymore.

"We found their 'hide out'." Nick said. "And blew it up. They want to get back at us, but it started slowly at first. Now, it's going pretty fast."

Stephen nodded "Shame I wasn't there to help blow it up but Nick you might be next, do you remember where it was?" he asked, it might help them locate the general if some of them were able to walk. "Right now we need a plan, you have soldiers that are either dead, injuried or still walking. What do you think is the best option right now?" he asked looking at his superior serious, probably the most serious he was going to be for a long time.
