Audrey saw a blur, and then felt a thud that knocked the breath right out of her. She was too dizzy to notice she was on Elik.

Nadevni followed. She was usually more shy, but she'd take any change to move up in the herd. She raced after the stallion, neighing loudly.

Miles heard whinning and screams, and steared Lance in the direction of the noise. He signaled Lance to a stop at the edge of the meadow. He sighed, newbies getting on the herd's back side again. He sighed. Sticking his thumb and a finger in his mouth, he whistled loudly to Orion. Once the stallion had sightly lost his attenction on the kids, he swiftly dismounted from his bareback stance on Lance, and whistled for Lance to go over and join the herd. Lance trotted over to the angry stallion and whinnied warningly at him.

Carson dived out of the way as the stallion chatged them. " Capall mire! Crazy horse!" She said sitting up, her irish accent distinct as she spoke in Gaelic. She giggled under her breath as the girl was flung upon the boy nearby in an attempt to dodge the horse. " Nice.. Um, meeting you guys..." She said, flicking a stray lock out of her face.

I hit the ground hard. Sharp whinnies cut the air. My eyes were watery, and my mouth was dry with the dust that engulfed my slender frame. Sunny?! I half-screamed, half-wheezed. Another whinny cut therough the air. Sunny! I cried again, struggling to my feet. I stumbled a blind path forward, and eventually smacked into warm flesh. I entangled my fingers in her pale mane and swung onto her back. I could see now, the dust floating around my waist. Help! Anyone?! Aide-moi s'il vous plaît! Quiconque?! Quelqu'un ?! Aider, s'il vous plaît! I yelled. In French, I'm not sure why, maybe some Frenchies were around. I hoped so. Or just someone really, anyone to help me out of this mess.

Firstly, it is the most beautiful, sunny brilliant day, and God has decided that every girl in the village has to be somewhere else other than their town homes today. There is not a soul in sight. And I had my guitar tuned and everything. Well, better not waste a beautiful day. I picked up my guitar case and crossed the road to the local park. I seated myself on one of the benches. I released my guitar from it's case; leaving the case open to collect donations.

My pencil flew across the canvas like a graceful dancer; creating a new masterpeice for the world to look upon with utter awe. I smiled at the thought. Good Analogy I complimented myself, smiling. I held my work away from my face to see. The faint pencil sketches looked OK. Time to paint. Now my paint brush elegantly danced across the canvas, bringing my wrok of art to life. Finally, it was done. I held it against the natural landscape and grinned. Perfect. I left it on the easel to dry, while I pulled of my shirt and dived into the cooling, soothing blue waves. The swell was minuimum, but still enough to have a bit of fun. It was fun just relaxing like I was. I breathed in the salty sea breeze and smiled. I was at peace.

Nadevni galloped off when Lance came over. She winnied loudly and cantered over towards the trees. Her ears perked when she heard singing. She had only heard singing once before, and she knew singing meant a human. Human means trouble. But insted of her usual flee instinct, she followed the song, until she could see a girl though the trees. (Maria)

"Are you okay, miss?" a voice asked. Miles approached the girl, "Oh god, can you breathe?!" (Zylie)

Lance stood his ground and whinnied at Orion, as if to say "Come at me bro! Bring it on!" (Orion)

Audrey gasped and rolled off of Elik, still leaving her hand on his arm. She watched the two horses whinny, shaking her head. "That's my ex boyfriend's horse, Alistair." she said lowly to Elik, "I don't want them to fight.. wait, where's Miles?" she asked alound, refering to Alistair's owner. (Elik)

I nodded.
Through the haze of dust, I could make out the voice. I can breathe! Just get rid of him! I jerked my head towards the wild stallion who was snapping at Sunny's flank. Sunny flattened her ears and bared her teeth. Something brushed against my leg and I braced myself for the pain of teeth cutting into my flesh. Nothing. It occured to me that it had been my saddle bag. I reached down, my fingers nervously groping around inside of the leather bag. My hand finally obtained a firm grasp on cold, smooth metal. I yanked my Smith & Wesson .45 out and held it with trembling hands at the stallion. He snorted uneasily. I'd never shoot a horse; and it was d*mned impossible with this gun. It wasn't loaded. I yanked teh trigger and yelled POW! The stallion began to back away, then turned and hightailed out of sight. I breathed a shuddery sigh of releif and sunk back against Sunny's neck. Tears welled in my eyes and my body heaved with fits of racking coughs. Êtes-vous OK, ensoleillée? I whispered in her ear. She nickered softly as a reply. Brave Little Pouliche I said, a slow smile spreading across my lips. I turned to the boy. Merci. Parlez-vous français ? Oui? Non? Oh, sorry. I forgot you replied in English I giggled. Funny how I asumed that he spoke French. Hardly anybody in Salis does. I'm Zylie. Zylie Anderson. What's your name? Oh and this is Sunny! I said giggling as Sunny whinnied a loud protest at being left out of the introductions.
