"Oh, uh, I want a medium sized bowl, cookies and cream." He told the cashier.

Ali got into her camera bag and searched for her money to pay for the things they ordered. She handed the money to th cashier and told her to keep the change.

He blushed as he looked up at her. His smile faded. "Its gonna suck when I have to leave." He mumbled.

she frowned, and thought for a minute, stroking his cheek, then she suddenly smiled. "i'll sign up!" she said.

He shook his head. "Oh heck no. You have a future here. Don't throw it away for some guy who might not come back." He looked away and out at the ocean.

Andrew took the two ice creams as the cashier handed them. He found a small table, set the two ice creams down, and waited for Ali to walk over.
