Jeremy laughed with Martin. "So mommy's allowed to have veggies and I'm not at least allowed veggie ice cream?" he teased, opening the shop door for them.

"Jacob sweetie!?" Madison called.

Jacob ran downstairs with a drawing in his hand. "Mommy!" he hugged her and handed her a picture of three kids, and two adults, all holding hands. "Look!"

Martin nodded. "Yeah!" He smirked and looked up at Jeremy. "Jeremy...do you know my daddy?";; Brianna waited for Jeremy's response.

Jeremy looked at Brianna with surprised, he wasn't expecting that question. he crouched down. "No Martin," Jeremy said soflty, "I've never met your daddy but I'm sure he's a fine man."

Jacob nodded happily. "Look!" he pointed to the female adult with glasses. "That's you, mommy!" ;; Martin had expected a yes. "Then if he was nice..then why isn't he here..now...with mommy?" he asked.
