Sadie looked at Henry for a moment. "Sorry to bother you, but, um, I was wondering that perhaps later you would like to join me on a ride later? You know, with horses?" she asked him. Even Sadie knew she sounded stupid. Grimacing slightly, she added; "By the way, my names Sadie." She could see he had his heart set on Elena, but at least she could make a friend. Zara annoyed her, and she felt disgusted at whose dress she had borrowed. Well, perhaps she wouldn't give it back. Suddenly, Sadie scolded herself. She did not fancy this knight, and she did not despise this princess, however annoying she was.

Lady Elena smiled fakely. "No its ok I was going to retied anyway" she she before fleeing into the crowd before anyone could see her tears forming.

Sadie

Sadie watched Elena leave. She stood there, the lacy blue dress swimming beneath her eyes. Sadie didn't get why people cried so often. When she was a child, she had grown up without a mother or a father, and the farmer who had adopted her as his servant didn't show her a bit of kindness, which was why now, she felt some pity for Elena, a bit for Zara, but she still didn't get why they cried so much.

Henry smiled slightly, his smile obviously more fake than Lady Elena's whose seemed real. "Alright. Have a good night," he said his goodbye before she turned and disappeared into the crowd. He watched her go before he turned to the brunette woman who said her name was Sadie. "I'll see if I can get around to that as long as it's just a ride," he said. He didn't mind going for a ride, but he didn't want her interested in him. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll try and see you tomorrow," he said before he turned to Zara. "No need to wait now," he said, offering her his hand, wishing Lady Elena would have stayed.

(( Hm..I think I have Lyra. She's not exactly open since she's practically locked herself away in her room, but your character could run passed her window, I guess. ))

Lady fled up the stairs, her first tears began to run down pale cheeks. She stood at the top of the stairsstairs and watched as henry said dancing with her sister.

Sadie walked up the stairs grumpily, not noticing Elena. When she finally did, it was too late; Elena must have already seen her. "He-Hello." she managed, walking over. As soon as she saw the tears on Elena's cheeks she regretted it, but decided she should be nice anyway. If it was needed.

Lady Elenastill watched henry but smile a little. "Hello sadie" she said softly.

Waiting for Zara to take his hand, Henry looked up at Lady Elena on the top of stair case. From where he was, he couldn't tell she was crying or even upset. He just had the impression that she had wanted to escape and used Zara as an opportunity to escape. It was a saddening thought, but maybe he had just took her absence the wrong way. He wasn't really sure what to think about her leaving. He looked back at Zara.

"How do you know my name?" Sadie asked suspiciously, then corrected herself; "You know, Zara's already going to marry Sir Arthur." She said, following Elena's gaze. The queen obviously fancied Henry, and even though she liked him too, it wouldn't be good to intrude. A ride would be nice, but nothing more.
