Lea nodded shyly, "sorry for bothering you, I was just thinking that I should probably interact..." she muttered without making eye contact. She had no idea what to say and she was panicking inside but she didn't show it, as that would just be weird. Instead of making eye contact she simply watched the ocean like before.

James knew she was probably waiting for him to tell her his name, present himself, whatever you would want to call it, and he actually did. "By the way, as you seem really eager to make me present myself first and then tell me your name, I am James West. Call me just James." he said with a small wink as he flashed her a grin.

I smiled warmly. "Nah don't worry you're not bothering me. Honestly I was pretty lonely too." I tried to get a look into her eyes but she wouldn't look at me.

I giggled and absentmindedly ran my fingers through the tips of my long red hair. "James, ok. I'm Lexi." I said. "And yeah, Lexi is my real name. That's always the first question I get," I laughed.

Lea nodded, smiling a little as he said so, at least she knew that he didn't exactly not want her there. Though she didn't know if he wanted her there either, he may have just not cared. "I'm Lea" she said quietly, shifting her gaze over to him as she said so. She waited for him to reply, a bit anxious to know his name.

I smiled even wider when she looked at me. "I'm Caleb," I replied. "Do you want to swim? It's pretty hot today," I suggested, biting my bottom lip nervously. I was afraid she'd say no, she seemed really shy and I wasn't even sure if she wanted to talk to me.

Lea smiled a little again before nodding her head and replying with a quiet "sure". She was a bit taken back that he had actually asked her to continue being with him. She had thought that he would just make an excuse and leave because some random stranger had just approached him. She waited for him to reply once more.

Lea watched as he walked into the water before quickly pulling off her shorts and tank top, revealing her black bikini. She then walked in to the same place that he was. She then replied to his question, muttering "I'm pretty shy I geuss" in a quiet tone. She was unsure what else to answer to that question so she just said the first answer that came to her mind.

Nick sat on the sand, strumming his guitar lightly and humming to himself, ignoring the water in his hair from an earlier swim dripping onto the guitar. He was in California for a week on tour with the guys, and finally got some time away from them. It was a bit overwhelming, not only having to deal with sharing a room with his band but also Steven and John's bands. It really made him thankful of his one roommate back home.
