Aunette was sitting at the register, bored as He*l. "Wow, todays slow." she said to herself.

Azlyn stopped at the market, but couldn't find what she needed. She sighed, frustrated, and walked out. She took a small sip of her water and kept walking. She scratched at the sweater she was wearing, a green one, the only splash of colour to her black jeans and gray v-neck shirt. She was looking down when she ran into Demitri. She looked up, startled at running into someone. "Sorry," she mumbled.

Demitri lost grip of his bag and all of it's contents scattered onto the road. He scrambled to pick up his things and when he stood up bumped into the stranger again. "I'm so sorry." he said, half in concentration. He then took a moment to realize it was a girl. He blushed slightly. "sorry again." he muttered.

"No, it was my fault, I wasn't paying attention to where I was going," Azlyn said softly. She gripped onto her water bottle tightly.

"I-I" he was going to say something, but his eyebrows knitted in thought. "I wasn't really watching where I was going....I'm Demitri by the way." he said offering his hand in greeting.

"I'm Azlyn," she said, shaking his hand lightly. She looked down at their hands and realized how boney hers was compared to his, and she pulled her hand away slowly.

Demitri looked at her things for a brief moment before looking up at her. "Are you going to the art school? I couldnt help but notice your things."

"Yeah, are you?" she asked, tilting her head to the side slightly.
