Help for this Game...Forum Placement + Rules

I'm not a queen at starting topics, so bear with me :s
I was planning on starting a new topic/thread for a game.

My game has few rules, but the jist of it is that you go to the Forum page (just the main one).
You scroll down to the list with all of the members online.
Close your eyes and randomly pick one profile.
This person is your mystery person (:
For one week, you have to put their username in your signature.
If your person finds you and sends you a message/contacts you, they get to pick a free pet from your trades/adoptions/etc.!
Repeat. :3

My questions are as follows:
1. Does this break any 'privacy' rules? I don't believe it does.
2. If no for above, what forum would you put it in? Games or Free Adoptions?
3. What should I name this?
Obiviously 1 and 2 are more important.

I don't think users are going to appreciate finding their username in some random signature..? Not many people are going to know about the game, so they're just going to be weirded out if they see something like that..
