How do you make an image a link?

I can't figure out how to make my siggy have links for the words (artshop, pm me, etc.) The person I bought it from was able to but I just can't make it work. Please help

It goes like this;

[url=link here][img*]image url here[/img][/url] (without the asterisk)

Example;

It doesn't transform it into a link or anything, except for the middle two...

Is it because they're different kind of links? Like they don't start with the http://.....

It seems like you've copied shortened urls, the ones that come up when you either post a link to a CS topic/PM thing etc. You need to get the full url, like from the address bar or some browsers give you the option to right click on a link and copy the address.
