IGoogle Gadgets: Are They Allowed?

If you know what IGoogle is, and what IGoogle Gadgets are, and you know the answer, PLEASE ANSWER!

I came across a really cute turtle gadget, and I realized you can make it how you want it. I was wondering if I can use it for adoptables. I can make customs and pre-mades, and I will credit the maker. So, the question is, is it allowed to use them?

i dont know what it is but im guessing it is basically a turtle that is editable, and you can decorate it, i think. idk but does the creator give permission to use on a different as an adoptable?

It's sorta like FaceBook, but you have Gadgets, I don't think he even knows what adoptables are, as far as Im concerned

I hope so, too. I don't want to make it, get exited, then have it locked, deleted, or get another warning. I don't think I have a warning, if I do, it might be 1 or 2, but I dont THINK I do...how do you know/check if you have a warning (I'm getting off topic)

I have an iGoogle, but I have no idea what you mean. Gadgets are made for Google, so I don't think selling them would be allowed though.

What about for free? I wasn't planning on selling them.

SO, I make turtles for people on CS, give them to them, make them w/ my account, but they're theirs. Is that allowed?

Unless it says you can give them away for free, I do believe it would count as art theft since it is their lines that you are giving away. I would wait for someone more official (like a mod), but I do believe that it wouldn't be okay.
