I'm over the age of 13 but when I post it says that a mod has to check it before I post. And I can't write messages on trades. Is it because I just started playing today? I don't understand
Note to mods: Spraybottle and I are best friends and may share a computer sometimes. Please do not ban us.

Oh and I am new to cs and just started playing pn the 20th of january so gifts are appreciated

Yes. Your first post needs to be approved by a moderator. Now that it's been approved you can send messages with trades and post on the forum. c:

Hh, I never knew that, thanks for letting me know. I'll add that.

Reason: Nobody wants to hear that much about horses.

Very nice guide! I liked how you put the "misconception" part in, because players seem to be very prejudiced against COPPA players.

Yes, and that's always bothered me. That's why I added it. Glad you liked it!

Curious.. I live in australia, and am over 18. My account here is fine. But ive recently got my elder brother in on CS and even though he is older than me by 3 years, it seems he's been put under COPPA.. he lives in aus with me too and such.. is there any way do you think to get it removed? people dont take him seriously in trades and he misses being able to enjoy a site through the forums as well like he does on Khim.. any help?

Are you sure he's been coppa'd? He shouldn't have been, if he put correct birth date in, and COPPA shouldn't apply to him if he lives in Australia.
But, new users have to have one post approved on the forums before they can send messages or post freely. Could this be the problem you are having? You can see if you are coppa'd or not on your profile page, in the slot where it says what usergroup you belong to. :3
